Wilkerson is also accusing Cheney of war crimes. Yes, war crimes.

No need to choose. Cheney could have sincerely believed that Iraq was a breeding ground for terrorists and still been a moron, an idiot, a nefarious bastard, AND a war criminal. He’s mult-faceted, our vice president.
