FACTS, Families to Amend California’s Three Strikes, is a group engaged in reforming the grotesque three strikes law, a law under which people are doing life for non-violent sometimes minor crimes. They are helping to build for a major rally in DC on Aug. 13.
We are embarking on a new campaign supporting David Losa who’s doing a 3,000 mile bike ride from Santa Barbara to Washington, D.C. for the “Family Members of Inmates” march on Washington (August 13th) for his brother Doug who’s doing 25 years to life for a petty crime.
