Over 4,000 vigils were held today, in an action called by Desmond Tutu.
There were at least 20 vigils in Los Angeles. I was at the one in Woodland Hills, a prosperous more conservative part of L.A. Even with that, we got massive support and honks from passing drivers.
As for the very few who scream red-faced at us, I’ve noticed they are always young white males driving SUV’s.
