“France has joined Russia in declaring itself ready to veto a new UN resolution which gives Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein until 17 March to disarm.
ABCNews is reporting the six previously uncommitted countries have “refused to back Washington.” C’mon ABC, can’t you just say the truth – that the six countries are voting No?
