Phil Spector has been arrested for the first degree murder of  Lana Clarkson. She was shot once in the face. Several media sources have said they met that night.

Something’s not adding up. First degree murder is premeditated murder. Plus, when a victim is shot in the face, this almost always indicates it was a crime of anger or vengeance – that it was personal – rather than being a random murder or a deliberate hit, and that they knew each other.

Assuming Spector did it, they must have known each other prior to that night. I mean, the story so far is he met her at House of Blues that night, took her home, walked her in the door, then shot her. This not not compute.
