Would Jesus bitch slap the far right and Chick-fil-A?

Maybe, and quite possibly justifiably, but Chick-fil-A does help feed the homeless too.

Adrianne Curry’s remarks were a reaction to the Chick-fil-A controversy. She commented on Twitter that if far right Christians spent the money they used to actively oppose gay marriage to feed the homeless there wouldn’t be a starving child left in America. As it turns out, Chick-fil-A does work with Christian groups to help feed the homeless every year. I don’t mind an intellectual discussion on the matter as long as we take into consideration all of the facts.

As for mayors blocking Chick-fil-A in their cities, well, Chick-fil-A has taken a deliberately hardline and very public stance against gay marriage so they shouldn’t be surprised when they get scorched earth against them in return, especially in big northern cities.
