Using drugs to destroy the psyche of a dissident, as well as torture, is being practiced in Russia (again.) Many fear the Kremlin is just warming up too.

When I was a kid there was no such thing as ADD, just bright, energetic kids. Now being intelligent and active is a disease for which kids are drugged.
Stop psychiatric torture of kids in the USA!
