Under the noxious Real ID act, which just became law, states do not have to issue drivers licenses to non-citizens. However, they have the option to create specially marked licenses for non-citizens (which can not be used for boarding airplanes or for federal id purposes). Ring any bells?

Real ID also permits private bounty hunters to go after immigrants AND they will be given access to law enforcement files. Let’s organize to overturn this grotesque law.
