Frist initiative creates rift in GOP base

Republican business associations oppose the Frist iniative to block Democratic filibusters. Thus, a major split has formed in the Republican Party between the moderate business wing and the extremist evangelicals.
Our job as progressives is to exploit that split and make it a gaping chasm that fractures the party.
