Police arrest cheese-covered naked man
Police say Monn smelled strongly of alcohol and wasn’t fully coherent.
Maybe he’d spent too much time reading Modern Drunkard and Beerwalk magazines. Beerwalk’s slogan is “Inebriation. Ambulation.”
