US Army report documents torture of Iraqis by US
The US Army has found that Iraqi detainees were subjected to “sadistic, blatant and wanton criminal abuses” by American military police at the Abu Ghraib prison near Baghdad in a secret investigation, the New Yorker reported Saturday
Those
abuses included pouring cold water on naked detainees, beating
detainees with a broom handle and a chair, threatening male detainees
with rape, and sodomizing a detainee with a chemical light and perhaps
a broom stick, the New Yorker quoted the Army report as saying.

No,I misspoke. What I said implies just a few bad apples way down the
food chain were responsible, and its apparent the rot goes way higher
and is systemic.
