Important: The Freedom to Read act
Contact your U.S. congresscritters and express support for HR 1157, which rolls backs the noxious government spying on libraries and bookstores.
This bill will amend the Patriot Act “to exempt bookstores and libraries from orders requiring the production of any tangible things for certain foreign intelligence investigations, and for other purposes.” Sponsored by Bernie Sanders of Vermont.
You can express support for this online at the ACLU, and email will be sent to your representative.
