Will the phones need to be rebooted often?
Microsoft’s long-awaited Windows-Powered Smartphone 2002 operating system was launched Tuesday.
Rule #1 of software is “Never buy Version 1.0 of anything”. Especially mobile phone software. Most especially mobile phone software written by Microsoft.
