Who is NSA selling data to and who profits from it?

NSA taps data at Google and Yahoo, spies on the College of Cardinals electing the Pope, intercepts phone calls and emails made by friendly heads of state. Most of what they do is illegal. practically none of it has anything to with stopping terrorism. The US is losing allies quickly over this. NSA is a mad dog and needs to be muzzled then put in a cage permanently.

However, we need serious investigations first. I would start with full financial audits of top NSA officials. NSA is vacuuming up huge amounts of valuable business, financial, and political information, little of which has anything remotely to do with terrorism. They obviously find  this data to be valuable and hence must be selling it, either as an agency or for the personal profit of those with access to it. Yes, I think they’re dirty. This explains their paranoia and endless lies. They have much to hide.

Zero Hedge

It’s quite simple really, and as the WaPo explains, the NSA “has secretly broken into the main communications links that connect Yahoo and Google data centers around the world, according to documents obtained from former NSA contractor Edward Snowden and interviews with knowledgeable officials. By tapping those links, the agency has positioned itself to collect at will from among hundreds of millions of user accounts, many of them belonging to Americans. The NSA does not keep everything it collects, but it keeps a lot.”

Google ‘outraged’ by NSA targeting of international data centers

Ok, if Google and the rest of Silicon Valley are truly outraged then they need to band together and tell NSA they will no longer cooperate with them.
