The head of the Metropolitan Council on Jewish Poverty in New York City, William Rapfogel, has been arrested for stealing at least $1 million and engaging in a kickback scheme.
While we should shed no tears for slime like Rapfogel, his big mistake was not being an investment banker and stealing billions instead. The Obama Administration would have then merely fined the company and Rapfogel would have kept on working.
