NSA ‘spied on communications’ of Brazil and Mexico presidents

Tell me again how spying of communications of friendly heads of state will stop terrorism, which is supposed to be the task of NSA.

Is there any law or code of ethics that NSA respects? Apparently not.

“This (spying) hits not only Brazil, but the sovereignty of several countries that could have been violated in a way totally contrary to what international law establishes,” [Brazil Justice Minister] Cardozo said.
