These aren’t your grandfather’s roach coaches, this is seriously good food! Last night Sue and I had Korean ribs, Hawaiian- style Loco Moco, and a lamb / cucumber wrap. All of it was delicious and from gourmet food trucks, all part of the growing food truck movement.
The photos were taken outside @YC coffee house, 7th and Taylor, San Jose CA. A constantly changing assortment of food trucks are there every Tuesday from 4-9pm.
