The CEO of the Monte Paschi bank in Italy says “several billion in deposits” was withdrawn recently and somehow  just couldn’t give a number when asked the level of deposits that will remain at the close of this quarter. Sounds like a bank run to me. The contagion is spreading from Cyprus.
