How can a government be taken seriously when it implies it might mint a trillion dollar coin?
Believing a trillion dollar coin would be a lasting or real solution borders on delusional, plus it would almost certainly create inflation.
Inflation though is precisely how our increasingly absurd government “plans” to get out of the debt crisis. They will monetize the debt and just print lots of increasingly worthless dollars to pay for it. For our government and politicians, anything is better than facing reality, apparently.
