There’s little to do except make popcorn and watch the continued descent of our military into something befitting a banana republic tragi-comedy. Let’s see, the US was defeated in Vietnam, hasn’t accomplished much in Iraq, and is losing in Afghanistan. Dunno about you, but that just doesn’t inspire much confidence in me as to their abilities. Meanwhile, the clown show train wreck continues about Petraeus.
Did the Obama administration use “this scandal — which other presidents might have been swept under the proverbial rug — as a means of ridding himself of a neo-con who worked in secret against Obama’s interests… The real question is why someone decided to open this can of worms.”
