Anheuser-Busch sending cans of water to Sandy victims

Anheuser-Busch will ship more than one million cans of drinking water to residents along the East Coast impacted by Hurricane Sandy.

After Hurricane Katrina, the first people on the ground providing support were Blackwater (they helicoptered in, hired to protect the rich) and Walmart, who loaded trucks with supplies, food, and water and drove to New Orleans. At one point police told Walmart trucks to stop, that they weren’t allowed. The truckers said, “we’re Walmart” and kept on driving.

In disasters like this, size and logistics really do matter. Anheuser-Busch can package the water then deliver it via their fleet of trucks with no outside help needed.
