3D printing a wrench


We’ll travel to NASA’s tool lab and see the equipment we need to build in this challenging environment, from high tech wrenches and hammers

An existing wrench is scanned then printed on a 3D printer in one piece. Yes, the parts move.

  1. Basically we’re never going to make anything anymore except virtually and then print them out. Imagine the factories in China without any workers complaining about low wages, working, and living conditions. Just rows and rows of printers spitting out cell phones.
