A US Senate Homeland Security sub-committee.. claims HSBC failed to monitor £38 trillion moving across borders from risky areas including the Cayman Islands.
If high levels execs at HSBC don’t go to prison on this then we no longer have rule of law.

I’ll believe that our elected officials actually care about their country if they actually start putting bankers in jail, especially over this. If they can put Bernie Madoff for outright scams, they can surely put bankers in jail for ripping off the general public by rigging Libor rates and other ways they rip off the general public.
Madoff’s mistake was he ripped off the 1%.
