U.S. Secret Service officials revealed their identities at a Cartagena brothel, bragging that they worked for President Barack Obama and “we’re here to protect him,” according to a report.
This is beyond drunken frat boy stupid. It was reckless and endangered the entire mission, because of course those hostile to the president might try to use hookers to compromise the guards and get information.
Looking at this and the current GSA scandal, it really does seem there is a breakdown of ethics and morality in DC (as well as in the rest of the country.) It’s all about what can I grab and screw everything else.
