I’ve spent a lot of time in foreign countries touring over the past 5 years. About 70 weeks, in fact. When we were in Estonia in 2009, I was astonished that we had access to free wifi everywhere.
In addition to Internet everywhere (including sometimes in forests), Estonia is now seriously high tech. For example, Skype was developed by Estonians.
