US Army wants 25% renewable energy by 2025

From their new Army Energy Initiatives Office Task Force

The EIO Task Force is dedicated to working with the private sector to execute large-scale renewable energy projects on Army lands. Renewable energy will help the Army increase energy security, generate revenue and cost savings, meet Federal mandates, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and enable Net Zero Energy installations.

Wow. May the rest of the military and federal government agencies follow.
