New EPA regulations could impact Arizona water supply

My latest for the just launched Arizona Independent Voter Network (a project of the California Independent Voter Project) looks at new EPA regulations that directly impact coal power plants there.

For example, the Navajo Generating Station produces power to pump water from the Colorado River to Arizona and sends power to the City of Los Angeles. Yes, Los Angeles

The new regs will almost certainly raise the price of power, water, and food.
