We need to move beyond symbolic protests and online petitions because they accomplish little if anything. Instead we need actions that force the government to respond. Don’t say it can’t be done, it’s already happening in multiple countries now. Let make the US the next one where it happens.

South Africa apartheid fell without violence. So did the USSR. It can happen if enough people mobilize and join together.
As a historical note let’s not forget that the USA was founded in violent revolution.
