Convicted arms dealer faces new charges

Mr. Diveroli was barely old enough to legally drink in 2007 when the Pentagon entered a huge contract [$300 million contract] with him to buy munitions from former Eastern Bloc depots and ship them to Kabul, Afghanistan.

Then he tried to sell more weaponry, as a convicted felon, and got arrested again.

Why was the Pentagon buying weapons from him?

And who is he fronting for?
