Police are close-mouthed about the motives of right-winger Byron Christopher Williams who they shot Saturday night after he shot at them. He was wearing full body armor, and may not have been acting alone, and has a long history of violence.
CHP spokesman Sgt. Trent Cross said there is “no doubt” Williams was on his way to do a “very serious crime against either someone or a group of people.”
