maybe 100k for just the materials for a 1000sf house ($100/sq ft times 1000 sq/ft home = 100k) is a deal in CA. add in the land and labor to assemble and that is going to be one expensive pre fab!
I know someone who recently bought a fairly new 2400sf duplex for $134K. It’s fully constructed, no assembly required, and includes the land.
Really? that’s seems crazy low….
