George Galloway interviews Richard Seymour

Seymour of Lenin’s Tomb is the author of the new book, The Liberal Defense of Murder. Galloway is a socialist Member of Parliament and major figure on the left in Britain.

Galloway says the book “takes aparts liberal and humanitarian justifications for murder” from the early days of colonialism (supposedly to help those poor savages) and religious justification (to save their souls) to former radicals like Christopher Hitchens now presenting liberal justifications for murder and war.

Galloway says Hitchens, a former brilliant writer, is a “butterfly who has turned back into a slug.” Heh.
