Do these protesters have jobs, Or do they go around protesting for whoever buys the booze.
When I’m on the corner picketing with 20-30 others every weekend, why is it that I hear “get a job!” more than any other insult? Have those detractors considered that this is what we choose to do on our day off? Have you considered that I’m working in the afternoon, and I am free to spend my morning however I choose? Even in the United States, where many of us have to work overtime or work two jobs in order to pay the bills, we still have a few hours a week when they’re not sleeping or working!
