Emperor Dubya proclaims he’s above the law (yet again), saying mere laws do not apply to his and his cohorts. He’s like a demented tin-pot dictator, isn’t he? Which would almost be almost comical until you realize thousands have died because of his lunacy and wars.
As for the Democrats, will they seize upon this as a campaign issue or will their response be more crickets?
