As reported here, German protestors have been planting US flags in dog poo in parks.
Well, now the US version of this has appeared – planting a Bush flag in dog poo. Poo Protest has all the details. And they note:

No this is not YET a violation of the Patriot Act … So far, it is completely legal to use dog feces as a flag stand for a Bush flag.
