Mike Feinstein search warrant
The Santa Monica Outlook has a major story today about this. For the first time in print there are detailed quotes from the search warrant (as well as a copy of the check). Indeed, although I filed the original complaint, the details of the warrant are new to me too.
“A police investigation into Councilman Michael Feinstein’s alleged misappropriation of Green Party funds suggests that the former mayor used “at least part†of a $10,000 donation to the County Green Party “for non-Green Party business,†according to a search warrant and affidavit returned to the court clerk Friday.”
