Major home builder D.R. Horton is building 30 tiny homes on a street corner in Portland. They range in size from 360 to 687 sq feet. Tiny homes are going mainstream!

This tiny house is well-designed and constructed of high-end material. ThincHomes ships it completely assembled. This model is 192 sq ft and sells for $32,000. That’s $166 per ft, which is comparable to upscale prices. TinyHouseBlog has more.
