GAO to review flawed State Dept report on Keystone XL pipeline

An Arizona Congressman says there are “serious corporate conflicts of interest” in State Department preparation of their Keystone XL pipeline report and has requested Government Accountability Office investigate.

At issue is a State Department contractor that did not disclose previous contracts with Keystone pipeline developer TransCanada when vying to conduct the environmental review.

No one at State was able to figure out the contractor had ties to TransCanada. Really?
