Cows apparently prefer robot herders, as they are calmer and more relaxed than humans or a hyper border collie. This prototype is fairly basic, however it has successfully hered 20-100 cattle. Future versions may be able to alert ranchers to injured cattle, monitor water levels in trough, check fences,and more.
