So far this is only being covered by right-wing sites, but it looks like this scandal concerning EPA favoritism has legs. The EPA apparently charged conservative groups for FOIA requests but waived them for environmental organizations. Plus, and this is creepy, it may have wrongfully leaked personal information about farmers to environmental groups. If so, this is rank, blatant favoritism. I may disagree with what anti-enviro groups say, however they absolutely need to be treated fairly and even-handedly by the government.
