Cars powered by hydrogen fuel cells could be the future rather than electric cars, indicate Japanese automakers. EVs have a short driving range, high cost, and there aren’t many charging stations. However, hybrids, whether electric or fuel cell, will probably become more popular as might completely fuel-cell powered cars.

Considering that 7 out of 10 of the world’s largest corporations are oil and gas, that
wealth and power will distort development as these companies will drive research and development in a direction that will protect and increase their wealth and power. Oil and gas corporations will shape the tomorrow, whether we like it or not. So don’t expect to see cars
going in any other direction other than oil for the foreseeable future. We can all throw about our ideas of how the world should be shaped, but we don’t control the power that does the shaping, well not yet, but there is hope. ann arky, http://www.radicalglasgowblog.blogspot.com
