The European Environmental Agency has released “Climate change, impacts and vulnerability in Europe 2012.”
Among their findings.
Climate change is already happening in Europe and has already had with a wide range of impacts. Climate change will increase. Damage costs, including those from natural disasters, are increasing and can be somewhat reduced by planning ahead now.
