State Department has no clue what countries are buying drones

Gosh, how convenient is that? The State Department is just gobsmacked to discover it has no idea what countries are buying drones from the US or whether they could fall into the wrong hands and thus presumably be used against us.

The federal government has no way of knowing which countries have purchased U.S. unmanned aircraft because of inadequate databases and weak communication between licensing departments and intelligence agencies, government auditors found.
