This is welcome support. Without extension of the production tax credits, the US wind power industry will be seriously hurting. Tens of thousands of jobs will be lost. Companies will shut down.

If we only just quit spending so much money on subsidies we wouldn’t need tax credits for renewable energy to be cheap. The market would take care of that.
