Scientists link China earthquake to massive dam

The evidence is clear from all over the planet. Massive dams can trigger earthquakes.

Scientists now think that the mammouth Zipingpu Dam in China may have had a role in triggering the devatating 7.9 magnitude Sichuan quake in May 2011.

Incredibly (or insanely) the dam was built 500 meters from the fault line.
