It’s called a democratic president acting like a republican. Create a law in which allows a president to do basically whatever he wants to and then promise never to use that law. It’s a scare tactic essentially saying, “I wont pull the trigger, but anybody you elect in the future might, so might as well vote for me again because I have your back…….”
Except Obama will do it.
