The U.S. Justice Department sent an inaccurate letter about a gun operation to a Republican Senator after relying on the assertions of the former U.S. attorney for Arizona, according to documents released today.
Justice no doubt will try to blame everything on former U.S. attorney James Burke (who resigned on Aug. 30.), and throw him to the dogs. But clearly the chain of responsibility goes much higher than Burke. That’s what Obama and Justice is trying to protect. That thousands of guns were allowed to pass to the drug cartels and several are dead because of it doesn’t seen to bother them much.
Tell me again, who are the real criminals?
