It will cost $9 billion and be the world’s largest.

Meanwhile the US still has no offshore wind because arguing about it is surely more productive than actually doing anything.

Well talking about it certainly gives politicians more to do than the building would .They are not particularly good at that part, it’s not their thing, so don’t expect too much from them.
