Posterous is a great free site for posting photos, videos, text, whatever. You can post by email and tell it to auto-post to other sites.
So, for example, if I email an iPhone photo to flickr@posterous.com, it appears on my Posterous blog and on Flickr. You can do the same with YouTube, Twitter, Facebook and multiple other sites. You can also tell it to post in the future by adding special info to the subject line of the email.
