Two years ago the Reichwing business interests – notable the mega corn farmers, “farm” suppliers and gas distributors – in control of the Oregon Legislature rammed mandatory ten percent Ethanol at the pumps down the taxpayers throats. This year the taxpayers are going to ram it right back up their asses.
